Shiokz Studioz – Terms and Conditions
General Use of Premises
- Care of Equipment
All users are expected to treat the studio’s equipment and facilities with care and respect. Any deliberate damage or loss will result in compensation claims. - Surveillance
Shiokz Studioz is equipped with high-definition CCTV cameras. By using our services, you consent to being recorded within the premises. These recordings may be used for security and investigative purposes when necessary. - Liability for Damages and Loss
We reserve the right to seek compensation for:
- Any deliberate damage to studio equipment.
- Any missing equipment.
- Liability & Safety Waiver
a. Assumption of Risk
By using the facilities and services of Shiokz Studioz, the client acknowledges and agrees that the use of recording equipment, instruments, high-voltage electrical systems, and studio spaces involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, trips, falls, electrical shocks, or equipment malfunctions.
b. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiokz Studioz, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any:
Personal injuries or physical harm.
Accidental mishaps or medical emergencies.
Fatalities (death) occurring on or around the studio premises.
Studio Bookings related:
Setup and Pack-Up Time
Bands/Individuals may enter the studio 10 minutes before their scheduled booking for setup and soundcheck.
Bands/Individuals may remain 10 minutes after their booking to pack up equipment.
Availability Disclaimer
These setup and pack-up allowances are subject to availability. If there are bookings immediately before or after your slot, these entitlements may not apply.
Time Slot Enforcement
Bands/Individuals have the right to remind the previous group to vacate the studio when their time slot ends.
Extended Usage Charges
If a booking exceeds the scheduled time by more than 20 minutes, Shiokz Studioz reserves the right to charge for an additional hour at booked rate.
This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with CCTV footage used as supporting evidence.
Additional Requirements
If you require additional items (e.g., chairs, tables, or other studio equipment), please contact us prior to booking. Additional costs may apply. If no prior arrangements are made, only default services will be provided.
Agreement
By using Shiokz Studioz’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
